Hi Maangchi, I love your newsletter and trying your recipes. This year my granddaughters asked for some non traditional Thanksgiving dishes, so I taught them how to make gimbap. We got together and made gimbap for the whole family to celebrate the holiday. It was so much fun. They loved the gimbap and want to make it a new Thanksgiving feast tradition.
