This is the first time I have received your letter. I was so pleased to see in your recipes that you highlighted things like potato starch. When I pressed on this it told me about this product and where I could buy it and what it may be named in Australian supermarkets. What a teriffic idea. I’m have never cooked Korean food before but will certainly try now as I have the insiders tips. Thanks for being so thoughtful

Love watching you and have tried a few of your wonderful recipes with great results, even purchased a new non stick pan to try the pancake flip. If you could pop the odd Korean word in along with the english translation would be great so I can get to know some every day Korean words. xxxxx
