I loved all the comments. Maangchi can you please do a video on how to make black bean sauce from scratch? I read the ingredients somewhere and don't quite understand what they mean by Carmel. Do they mean a reduced simple syrup or grain syrup and do you ferment the black soybeans and wheat berries together like meju? Forgive misspelling if any.

Hi Maangchi, I've been following your youtubes for a good 4 years now, and delight not only in them, but also in you, and the way you present them. I pretty often cook of your Korean recipes, for they are mostly quick, *aaaalllllways* delicious, and just about always healthy, and to boot, non-fattening too. So I really look forward to your monthly newsletters and look up whatever recipe I decide to cook from the hundreds that you have posted in all the years.

I have a request tho; I've read that Korean burdock root tea is very good for the health. Could you please post your opinions, (perhaps old family stories) and your recipes on burdock root tea, and also on corn-silk tea. Why are these teas so popular in your country? I would very much appreciate that! And keep on posting your youtubes. They are WONDERFUL!
