Hello! I just wanted to say that the kimchi grilled cheese recipe looks amazing! I tried it, and it was even tastier than it looked. Thank you from the bottom- or top???- of my heart!

225115 Maangchi, I am an older lady who has been following your news's letter for quite some time now and I have both of your cookbooks. I am just about ready to make your kimchi as it has always intrigued me. Say a prayer that I do well, and I will certainly keep you poster. I really love and enjoy your newsletter. I live near Charlottesville and while wo do have a couple of Asian grocery stores, i am not sure how or what they carry in the way of Korean products. But I love my sweet Maangchi. Craigie Davis

Hi Mary,

Thanks a lot for buying my cookbooks and following my newsletter!

I googled “Charlottesville Korean grocery store” and found a few Asian markets.

Best of luck with your Korean cooking!

Your Real Korean Cooking videos were very evocative and sometimes bittersweet but always enjoyable to watch.

Ms. Maangchi:

Have you ever cooked frozen Mandu in a Wok? Is it easy or hard?

Yes,

Heat oil in a pan and place the frozen dumplings in. When the bottoms are lightly golden, add a little water, cover, and steam for 2–3 minutes. Uncover and serve as is, or flip and crisp them up before serving.

Living in Korea for over a year now, I have been using your recipes to learn to cook! The only problem I have is how small my kitchen is haha. Apartments in the countryside are so small. I love your videos and how funny you are, thank you for everything!

Hi

I remembered you did a mustard green kimchi. These plants are growing surprisingly well here in the north of Scotland!
